You can gain Experience Points (XP) by doing this on the site to level up. When you gain high levels you unlock additional features

Everyone starts at Level 0.

ways to gain XP

You can get different types of points:

radio_enthusiast - for scheduling prerecorded shows
uploaderzog - for uploading your show archive to the podcasts (bonus points for adding artwork and tags)
streamingatron - for streaming live to the site (points awarded once recording is processed)
glorp points - awarded in the daily glorp lottery
