Unfortunately ampled is closing up, the founders have moved on to other projects and there isn't enough support to keep it going.

Really quite a shame as I personally was a fan of the cooperative model….I guess we can see that cooperatives really are quite difficult to keep going.

I'm not sure what to do other than move back to Patreon. I'm definitely glad I took a chance on Ampled for the experience, although I'm not sure I'd take a risk on another cooperative platform quite so fast honestly, even though I support the cause.

People have suggested developing our own payments/subscription code in the past, and I just don't think I'm quite ready to do that. It takes alot of time away from other features I'd like to build, and I'd rather not spend time dealing with debugging payments, refunds etc.

Opening up a post here in case anyone has any thoughts or ideas.

don't worry atm about moving your ampled pledge to patreon for now, they will continue to run until the end of 2023.
